About Ozone Recruitment

Ozone Recruitment was set up in 2003 by Tim Chittleburgh. Tim qualified as a social worker in the UK in the mid 1980's and moved to Australia in 1989. Joining the AASW shortly after arriving, he worked as a social worker in Victoria and Queensland before returning to the UK to work in London and then in Brighton, on England's south coast.

Using his experience of moving across the world he set up Ozone to advise other social workers doing the overseas thing. Having worked for many years as a social worker in both Australia and the UK he really does know the similarities, differences and the pitfalls to watch out for as well as the rewards of working and living in different countries.

These days, Tim spends his time between overseeing a financial recruitment agency, directing a social work research and consultancy company and keeping his café stocked up with coffee and Paninis! Tim is also a registered social worker and member of BASW.
